Hi, I’m Jacek!

I'm a bilingual (Polish/English) veterinarian and certified coach, with over 15 years of international experience.

I qualified as a veterinarian (DVM programme). I completed my accredited training in coaching and business management as well as gained leadership and management expertise across Poland, the UK and Australia.

Throughout my veterinary career, I've collaborated with individuals, diverse teams, veterinary institutions and universities to deliver training, mentoring, management and leadership in various veterinary industries.

I launched "Smiley Mind" as a way to support professionals from all veterinary industries and fields across Europe, Australia and beyond.

I aim to empower you in building and maintaining your professional development, enhancing your skill set and gaining personal satisfaction as a fulfilled and successful veterinarian.

 As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), I continuously expand my knowledge through advanced training, professional supervision and peer coaching as well as maintain strict ethical guidelines to provide the best possible outcomes to everyone who partners with me on our coaching journey.
